The Ragtime Strutters strut into Hudson, Ohio on January 29. The
regular monthly session of EARLYJAS starts at 2:00 at the Hudson
American Legion. The Ragtime Strutters have performed for a wide
variety of clientele including past presidents George Bush Sr., Ronald
Reagan, Bill Clinton and president wanna-be Ross Perot.
The Ragtime Strutters offer traditional Dixieland hits such as S.
Rampart Street Parade, Everybody Loves My Baby, Milneberg Joys
and Georgia along with blues and hymns. They do lots of vocals and
add some untraditional twists that keep their performances fresh and
unique. Dancers will love the band.
The band’s international headquarters are in Marysville, OH.

Rick Dickerson, trumpet; Don Smothers, clarinet; Dave Haney,
drums; Mike Grimes, tuba.
